Del 29 de octubre al 2 de noviembre, Londres acogerá un evento INCREÍBLE  con 3 de los mejores y más difíciles de reservar Shokunin ( maestros de la cocina japonesa) y del cual estamos muy orgullosos ya que hemos  sido seleccionados para elegir las bebidas  y dar una charla sobre Sake en las noches VIP y prensa. Very excited to share that ANA @allnipponairways_official and I have partnered once again this year and invited 3 of the best shokunins from Tokyo to cook in London on October 29- November 2. Fish ageing legend, 2 Michelin star chef Kouiji Kimura, Wagyu master Kentaro Nakahara and currently Japan's number one tempura master Shuji Niitome (Ichiban for tempura in Japan on Tabelog.com!) will be cooking together their signature dishes at Yashin Ocean House @yashinlondon in London.(in collaboration with its head chef Shinya Ikeda) Just like last year's Takaaki Sugita and Torishiki's Yoshiteru Ikegawa (who cooked in Spain alongside Kentaro Nakahara and Albert Adria), Kouiji Kimura's and Shuji Niitome's restaurants are very difficult to book, if impossible, for the non-regulars. Thanks to the very generous support of ANA, they will close down their restaurants specially to travel to London. Special thanks to my favourite caviar Rossini caviar @rossinicaviar for the caviar, Tamura beef @tamura_vintage.beef_norihiro for the Wagyu and sake sommelier Pablo Salvioni Alomar @pabloalomarsalvioni for the sake and wine. Also all the Kemosabe team for their immense work ❤️ @wearekemosabe .
